Camille Jenkins has more than three decades of experience helping organizations navigate those moments—strengthening their operations, restoring customer trust, and empowering teams to deliver experiences that build lasting loyalty.
Camille is the founder of Camille’s Keys LLC and a nationally recognized Customer Experience Consultant, keynote speaker, and operational strategist specializing in the homebuilding industry.
Her expertise was shaped during her 21-year tenure with a top-20 national homebuilder, where she rose to Vice President of National Customer Relations. She led national customer experience strategy, advised senior leadership through complex escalations, and helped elevate the homeowner journey from contract through warranty and beyond. Her leadership influence spanned 360 degrees across the organization, partnering with teams at every level—from construction superintendents in the field to executive leadership—to align operations, strengthen performance, and elevate the customer experience for both homeowners and internal teams.
She also led the company’s national customer satisfaction strategy, helping increase survey scores scores from the low 70 percentiles to the mid-90 percentiles—strengthening operations, empowering teams, and positioning customer experience as a strategic driver of trust and loyalty.
